CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION

- Approximately 65 parking spaces will soon be completed across the street from our current location.

- The parking lot will serve as permanent parking for marina tenants, as well as future hotel guests.

- An unloading area will also be constructed and accessible upon completion for the use of our marina tenants prior to parking in the new or existing area.

HOTEL

CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION

- Once the new parking area is completed across the street, the plans are to demolish our current office and clubhouse.

- As our current location becomes the construction site for a new hotel, we have secured our temporary office and clubhouse space, which will be located across the street. 

- The new parking area will be available for full use during the entire process of hotel construction. 

- Further construction information and updates will be added as we get them.
