Additional Policies

Friends,
In an effort to comply with orders from Governor Cooper and Mayor Newton, as well as to further attempt to keep our tenants and staff as safe as possible, please understand the following additional marina policies, effective immediately and until further notice:

• Access to Beaufort Yacht Basin will be limited to boat owners only. No guests are permitted.
• We ask that owners limit their access to Beaufort Yacht Basin to only essential visits. Please refrain from visiting the marina for recreational purposes.
• Jerry will be limiting office hours, but he can be reached 24/7 via phone at (252) 504-3625. Staff will also be on-site and monitoring the docks and facility daily.

Operations Update

Clubhouse Access Restricted. Staff Hours Normal.

Friends,

Our top priority is the health and safety of our tenants and staff. Please be advised that effective immediately, the Beaufort Yacht Basin clubhouse will be locked and accessible only to current BYB tenants with the door code. The shower, restroom, storage, and laundry facilities are still available to current tenants, but please limit their use and take extra sanitary precautions to protect yourself and others. BYB staff will maintain normal office hours, but please limit your in-person visits to the business office to critical matters only. If in doubt, call the office at (252) 504-3625.

The remainder of the clubhouse including the lounge, meeting room, and kitchen are closed and considered off limits until further notice.

Please know that BYB staff will still be on-site during normal hours in order to maintain the security, safety, and maintenance of the facility. Regular dock and boat checks will still take place as normal. The marina’s security systems are still monitored and operating as normal.
